Public SafetyHomeless Camping
The Greater Los Angeles Homeless Count is seeking volunteers for a three-hour evening activity on January 22, 2019 at Corpus Christi Parish Hall in Pacific Palisades. Volunteers will receive training and work in teams to count homeless individuals, with data collected helping HUD and other agencies allocate resources and understand homelessness in the area.

A community meeting scheduled for November 18, 2019 will feature presentations from the People Concern Outreach Team, a landlord, and two newly housed clients to discuss the successful transition of 107 homeless individuals off the streets in Pacific Palisades. The meeting aims to inform residents about the outreach, assessment, and housing process while encouraging community participation in addressing homelessness.
