Who We Are
Welcome to the Pacific Palisades Community Council.
Since its founding in 1973, the Pacific Palisades Community Council (PPCC) has served as the voice of our community. As an all-volunteer 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, PPCC provides a vital forum for discussing local issues and advocates to government and private agencies on matters where the community has reached broad consensus.
With over 50 years of continuous service—celebrated in 2023—PPCC stands as one of the oldest volunteer civic organizations in Los Angeles. Our pioneering structure served as a model for the city’s current Neighborhood Council system, demonstrating the power of grassroots community engagement.
