    The Pacific Palisades Community Council requests that the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety notify all building permit applicants in the 90272 zip code area that their parcels may be subject to recorded Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) that impose additional restrictions beyond LADBS approvals, and for Tract 9300 applicants, encourage voluntary compliance with Civic League Guidelines. The request was adopted by the PPCC Board on February 27, 2025.
