This document presents DWP's analysis of three overloaded and outage-prone electrical circuits in Pacific Palisades (29-03, 29-05, and 29-06) and proposes short-term solutions using pole-top distribution stations to split the circuits into five, with long-term plans for a new permanent distribution station. Construction of the temporary pole-top stations is scheduled to begin in March 2016 and be completed before summer.
