  All Pacific Palisades zones have been opened for resident return with evacuation orders reduced to resident-only access. Residents require access passes obtainable at designated check-in locations, contractors are permitted for assessment work with proper credentials, and curfew hours remain in effect.

Applicants must be Area Eight residents and submit a statement by January 7, 2024, with the elected representative serving until September 30, 2024.
