The Council requests that the City Attorney and Planning Department report back with a proposal by March 3, 2022, and seeks a six-month extension of the Council File deadline.

  The Pacific Palisades Community Council Board unanimously passed a motion on November 18, 2021, to support Council File 14-1057-S9, a proposed ordinance to regulate vehicle dwelling and connect those living in vehicles to services and the Coordinated Entry System. The request was made to ensure public safety assessment given Pacific Palisades' location in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone with limited ingress and egress routes.
