  Pacific Palisades Community Council announced its 2024 awards honorees: Cindi Young as Citizen of the Year for her work with the Task Force on Homelessness, Leslie Campbell and Carlos Rodriguez as Golden Sparkplugs for advocating for the dog park and protecting hillsides from fire respectively, and Thomas Hathaway as Pride of the Palisades for organizing the Will Rogers 4th of July 5K/10K Run. The event features a four-course dinner, awards presentations, and silent and live auctions, with an RSVP deadline of December 6th.
