  Multiple Westside neighborhood councils, including Pacific Palisades Community Council, adopted a position requesting amendment of LAMC 41.18 to expand restrictions on vehicle dwelling and camping near sensitive uses such as libraries, parks, schools, and day-care centers within 500 feet. The motion was formally adopted by WRAC in March 2024 and passed by eight neighborhood councils, with Pacific Palisades approving a modified version.
