The Pacific Palisades Community Council opposes the planned installation of two large digital billboards by Metro's Transportation Communication Network (TCN) program along the 405 freeway north of the 10 interchange, citing concerns about visual blight, driver distraction, traffic safety, and environmental impacts. The Council urges Metro Board members, LA County Supervisors, Mayor Bass, and LA City Councilmembers to exempt these billboards from the planned installation.
