Summary
The PPCC Bylaws Committee proposes four amendments to the organization's bylaws, including consolidating the Secretary position from two categories to one, adding a new Standing Rule allowing the Chair to retain a paid assistant with Executive Committee approval, and adding a new Standing Rule permitting member organizations to submit alternative written statements in lieu of annual certification forms for up to two years. The proposed amendments will be voted on by the Board on August 14, 2025, requiring a two-thirds majority for adoption.
