Summary
This is a Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.24 trespass arrest authorization form that allows property owners or their agents to request LAPD enforcement against unauthorized persons on their property for up to 12 months. The form provides three options for authorization: posted residential/commercial property not open to the public, unposted property with a six-month trespass notice, or commercial property open to the public with a 24-hour notice requirement.
