Summary
The Village Project Land Use Committee reviewed the applicant's traffic study and mitigated negative declaration released by the City on February 18, concluding that the proposed Caruso Village Project would not create unmitigatable traffic impacts and would provide a well-managed shopping, restaurant, and theater district.
