Summary
This document presents background and arguments for two proposed motions regarding homelessness: requesting a letter from Councilmember Yaroslavsky to address encampments on state land in Council District 5, and supporting a Brentwood Community Council resolution requesting County Board of Supervisors policies regarding homeless encampments near the West LA VA.
