PPCC 1/8/26 Meeting Recap
Here's a brief recap our January 8th  meeting:
Guest Speakers
:
This well-attended PPCC Board meeting featured well-received remarks by
Councilwoman Traci Park,
who spoke about the tragedy and suffering we all endured in 2025, the struggles and achievements to date, and the challenges that lie ahead for the community as we continue the daunting rebuild process in 2026.  We thank the Councilwoman and her team for their incredible support and unrelenting work on behalf of Pacific Palisades!
We also had an informative presentation by representatives of
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles /
HabitatLA
on the valuable programs and services they have delivered and continue to offer the
many Palisadians in need.

Reports & Announcements:
We also had numerous updates and announcements from the President, from Board members, from Government representatives and from PPCC Committees (Land Use, Rebuild and Infrastructure Committees).

We now have
three open seats
on the PPCC Board -- 2nd Alternate positions in
Areas Two (Highlands), Eight (Riviera) and Six (Via Mesa/Via Bluffs & Huntington).
