Summary
The Pacific Palisades Community Council Land Use Committee met on October 17, 2019 to review a proposal by Calvary Christian School to construct a new three-story building with theater, classroom, and maker space facilities, along with lunch facilities and play areas, and to consider increasing student enrollment from 432 to 490 students while reducing parking spaces from 241 to 188. The agenda also included a proposed amendment to schedule LUC meetings on an as-needed basis rather than regularly.
