1. Call to Order and Reading of Community Council’s Mission. The purpose of the Pacific Palisades
Community Council shall be to (1) be a forum for the consideration of Community issues, (2) be an
advocate for Pacific Palisades to government and private agencies upon issues where there is broad
Community agreement, as reflected by two-thirds of the Board Members voting on any one of those
issues at a PPCC Meeting, and (3) assist other organizations in the Palisades which want help in
accomplishing their objectives or projects, which the PPCC determines to support. See PPCC Bylaws:

4. Approval of Minutes. Approval of draft minutes of November 14, 2024.
5. Consideration of Agenda & Upcoming Meetings. January 23, 2025 (presentations on sidewalk
vending/food trucks rules & regulations – invited: representatives of StreetsLA, LADOT and/or the City
Attorney’s office). February 13, 2025 (topics TBA).
6. Treasurer’s Report.
7. General Public Comment – As time allows. This time is reserved for non-Board members to speak
on any item of interest to the public that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the PPCC. Speakers
will be limited to one minute. Chair retains discretion to extend.

8.1.2. Tramonto/Revello development project update – prior PLUM Committee hearing on 12/3/24
canceled due to lack of quorum; City Council expected to hear the matter in the new year (date TBA).
8.1.3. Proposed replacement bus shelter for the Sunset & Carey intersection, under the City’s 2025
“STAP” program/installations – to be heard by the Board of Public Works in the new year (date TBA).
8.1.4. Fire Safety updates: 1) Plans for proposed Fire Safety Fair in the Palisades – date & other
