Summary
The Pacific Palisades Community Council established a Conflict of Interest policy requiring Grants Committee and Board members to disclose and recuse themselves from decisions involving organizations where they or immediate family members have officer positions, substantial affiliations, or financial interests. The policy allows remaining eligible members to determine by majority vote whether a member with a disclosed conflict may participate in discussions or voting.
