-- The Awards Event Committee will advise us of plans for the upcoming
PPCC Awards Gala on December 11, 2025,
to be held at Spruzzo Restaurant.
(Hint:
Invitation coming later this week via Mailchimp, social media and posting on the PPCC website

and we expect to sell out, so be sure to stay tuned and purchase tickets as soon as possible!)
-- The Grants Committee will recommend for Board approval several
new grants to support the goal of overall Fire Recovery,
from donations received by PPCC.
-- The Board will also consider a motion recommended by the Westside Regional Alliance of Councils (WRAC), to support a
central
on-campus station at the UCLA Gateway Plaza
for Metro's proposed Sepulveda Transit Corridor Project.
-- As always, we'll have additional announcements and reports from the Board, from Committees, and from government officials and representatives.
All are welcome at PPCC Board meetings!

As noted, the 2025
Awards
Gala will take place on
December 11, 2025
(in lieu of a regular business meeting). PPCC's next Board meeting in the New Year is scheduled for
January 8, 2026,
with
agenda items to be
announced.
We fervently
hope that 2026 will be the year of extensive renewal and recovery, as we emerge in the New Year from the catastrophe of 2025.
