Re Potrero Canyon CDP Hearings – 15205, 15209, 15213, 15217, 15333, 15329 De Pauw St. –
comment deadline 3/28/17
Dear Ms. Gordon:
Pacific Palisades Community Council (PPCC) is the most broad-based community organization and
has been the voice of the Palisades since 1973. In order to protect the view shed from Potrero Canyon
trails, PPCC has long supported and continues to support the guidelines in the Planning Dept. Zoning
Information Bulletin with respect to development of properties along the rim of the Canyon. PPCC
concurs with the comments expressed in the March 20, 2017 letter to the Planning Dept. regarding the
above-referenced properties by George Wolfberg, Chair of the Potrero Canyon Community Advisory
Committee.
Please forward this letter as appropriate to any Planning Dept. staff member who has been forwarded a
copy of Mr. Wolfberg’s letter and who will be issuing a determination in regard to CDPs for the
above-referenced properties.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Maryam Zar
