Summary
The PPCC Bylaws Committee proposes amendments to the organization's bylaws to address consistency, clarify area map governance, add residency and property ownership requirements for representatives, and update the member organization list to include Resilient Palisades and accommodate expected changes to the Chamber of Commerce. The proposed amendments will be voted on by the Board on April 14, 2022, with separate votes on five groups of changes requiring either a two-thirds or majority vote depending on the section being amended.
