What's on the Agenda?
-- We’ll hear from
Sen. Ben Allen
about his bill in the state legislature,
SB 549,
which would establish a “
Rebuilding Authority
” for Pacific Palisades.  Bring your questions!*
--  The PPCC “Three Chairs” Committee will present its nominee for the position of
Area Three 2nd Alternate
, for election by the Board.
--  The PPCC Bylaws Committee will present the 1st Distribution of proposed
Bylaws amendments
(required 2nd Distribution and vote on the amendments on August 14, 2025). See the

for a summary and links to the proposed amendments (redline and clean draft).
-- We’ll have updates from the PPCC Rebuild Committee on the status of the
NORC survey,
and from our Grants Committee on their work to develop
guidelines for grants/donations
from PPCC.
--  We’ll also take up three motions recommended to PPCC by the Westside Regional Alliance of Councils (WRAC), related to
homelessness matters.
