Summary
The Pacific Palisades Community Council submitted comments on the scope of the Environmental Impact Report for the Citywide Housing Element 2021-2029 Update, expressing concerns about potential increased housing density in the Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone and requesting that the EIR analyze impacts on emergency evacuation, wildfire risk, and scenic resources.
