Summary
The Pacific Palisades Community Council requests that the City of Los Angeles notify permit applicants of and enforce the provisions of the Pacific Palisades Commercial Village and Neighborhoods Specific Plan for all multifamily and mixed-use development applications during the post-fire reconstruction period. The request was unanimously approved by the PPCC Board on March 13, 2025, and seeks confirmation from city officials that Specific Plan provisions will not be waived.
