Summary
The Pacific Palisades Community Council submitted a letter to the City Administrative Officer arguing that Will Rogers State Beach and Dockweiler State Beach are infeasible locations for homeless housing because their General Plans and governing documents designate them exclusively for public recreation, and such use would violate California Public Resources Code and local ordinances. The Council urged the CAO to terminate the feasibility study of these state parks and redirect efforts toward other viable sites.
