The City Council will take up the recommendation by the Ad Hoc
Committee
on LA Recovery (chaired by Councilwoman Traci Park) and Budget & Finance Committee, regarding
waiver of rebuild permit fees
for the Palisades burn area, this coming
Tuesday, December 2, 2025,

PPCC and numerous community leaders have submitted letters supporting fee waivers for
all Palisades projects, including multi-family.
