Summary
The Pacific Palisades Community Council wrote to U.S. District Judge David O. Carter and Special Master Michele Martinez opposing the City of Los Angeles's proposal to use Will Rogers State Beach and Dockweiler Beach parking lots for homeless housing, arguing that converting these heavily-used public parking areas would reduce beach access for citizens while acknowledging the urgent need for homeless housing and services elsewhere in Los Angeles.
