Summary
This addendum to a Task Order Solicitation for the Potrero Canyon Pacific Coast Highway Pedestrian/Bicycle Bridge Project provides answers to consultant questions regarding project requirements, references, budget, and deliverables, and includes two reference studies from 2016 and 2018 evaluating pedestrian crossing alternatives.
