Summary
This document updates the PPCC board on WRAC committee appointments, legislative positions on housing bills SB 9, SB 10, SB 15, and ACA 2, and the reintroduction of AB 115 which would allow residential housing with 20% affordable units in commercial zones statewide. PPCC has submitted position letters to City Council and Senate committees, and eight WRAC member councils are working to establish formal opposition positions on SB 9 and SB 10.
