1. Certification of Quorum.
2. Reading of Community Council’s Mission - The purpose of the Pacific Palisades Community
Council shall be to (1) be a forum for the consideration of Community issues, (2) be an advocate
for Pacific Palisades to government and private agencies upon issues where there is broad
Community agreement, as reflected by two-thirds of the Board Members voting on any one of
those issues at a PPCC Meeting, and (3) assist other organizations in the Palisades which want
help in accomplishing their objectives or projects, which the PPCC determines to support.

3. Introduction of the Board and Audience.
4. Approval of Minutes & Upcoming Meetings.
1) Approval of Minutes – May 24, 2017. Upcoming Meetings – 6/28/18 Presentations and
thanks to outgoing Chair and other officers, as applicable; Measure A and K update, as well as
Prop 68, from RAP supervisors. 7/26/18 - Additional topics will be announced.
* Topics noticed in advance may change.
5. Consideration of Agenda.
6. Treasurer’s Report. deferred
7. General Public Comment on local issues.
* This time is reserved for hearing from Palisadians regarding their local concerns. Speakers will
be limited to one minute. Chair retains discretion to extend. Broad policy statements by
advocates or attempts at unscheduled presentations will not be allowed.
8. Reports, Announcements and Concerns
8.2. From Officers
8.2.1. Updates/Announcements from the Chair:
a. Notice of Election for upcoming Area and At-Large representatives, which is
coming up in August, has been sent, per the Bylaws, 60 days prior to the
commencement of voting using email, social media and the newspapers. See
Notice of Election 2018.
b. Bridge housing in Pacific Palisades
c. Letter to City re Marquette projects(s) to clarify PPCC position (none taken)
d. Krista Kline will be the LUC Guest on June 26. See the LUC Meeting Flyer.
